The Brief
During my tenure as a visual designer at TwelfthMan, I had the incredible opportunity to contribute to the growth of the UEFA.com brand by creating high-quality online experiences for a global audience.
The process
Working in close collaboration with UEFA's internal team, my role was instrumental in designing and producing digital content for both web and native applications. Additionally, I actively participated in integrated campaigns, ensuring seamless integration of our design work. Working remotely, we effectively maintained communication channels through platforms such as Basecamp and Skype.
As part of an agile workflow, I helped iterate wireframes provided by UEFA's internal UX team and transformed them into visually captivating designs. Utilising tools like Sketch and InVision, I created high fidelity prototypes that were shared for review and feedback.
Managing multiple competitions for UEFA required us to remain up-to-date with all their brands and adhere to their distinct brand guidelines. This ensured that all our designs maintained consistency and reflected the brand's integrity throughout our work.
In addition to the design process, I actively participated in regular project management activities. This involved close coordination with the internal team to ensure smooth project flow, timely deliverables, and alignment with client expectations. By closely collaborating with UEFA we were able to adapt swiftly to evolving project requirements, resulting in the delivery of digital experiences.
